  • You must provide all required information to create a Startupful account accurately.

Account Creation and Management

When creating an account, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for the security of your account. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate or false information.

Professional Plan (Individual)

Professional Plan (Individual)
You can access all resources available via exploration without limitations.

Enterprise Plan (Corporate)

Enterprise Plan (Corporate)
Like the Professional Plan, you have unlimited access to resources, with added options to request brand and corporate customized design and code.

Enterprise Plan Service Options

  • Standard: One request per day
  • Pro: Two requests per day

You can make unlimited requests during the subscription, ensuring the same quality standard is maintained for all customers. The request limit allows us to provide proper service and balance cost and quality.

Nature of Service

The Enterprise Plan is a simple design/code ordering system rather than a collaborative relationship.

  • Ordering Process
    The process resembles placing an order with a factory, not an agency partnership. Customers request a design, and Startupful delivers the product based on those requests.
  • Minimal Communication
    No separate communication tools are provided. Revisions are only done if feedback is necessary after the delivery of the results.

This system maximizes efficiency and productivity, enabling straightforward and intuitive requests and delivery.

Allowed Scope of Service Requests

Allowed Scope of Service Requests
Startupful's Enterprise Plan specializes in design/code ordering services and does not include projects involving planning, design, or strategy.

Examples of Non-allowable Requests

  • Planning and strategizing A/B tests
  • Copywriting, hook points, or content strategy for landing pages
  • Any copywriting with content requests

Prohibited Activities

Prohibited Activities
The following actions are prohibited while using our services:

  • Using the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
  • Infringing on the rights of others.
  • Damaging or overloading the Company’s servers or networks.
  • Sending spam, viruses, malware, etc., to others.

Intellectual Property

Intellectual Property
The Services and all of its content, designs, graphics, code, data, software, etc., are the exclusive property of the Company. Users are not allowed to resell, reproduce, or distribute the Services without express written permission from the Company.

User Content

User Content
Users are responsible for all content they upload or post through the Services. The Company reserves the right to monitor and remove user content.

Refund Policy

Refund Policy
No refunds are available after usage of the Professional Plan, while refunds for the Enterprise Plan can only be approved if no requests have been made.
Once approved, refunds will be returned to the original payment method.

The Services are provided "as is". The Company does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, reliability, timeliness, or non-infringement of the Services.

Limitation of Liability

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are interpreted in accordance with the laws of the country where the Company's headquarters are located. All disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the courts of that country.
